Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility Conditions
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Material Non-Conformance: If the content of the provided consulting course or program significantly differs from the curriculum stated on the Vibe-Line website at the time of purchase.
- Technical Malfunctions on Our Part: In case of critical technical issues on the vibe-line.life platform that make the learning process or access to materials impossible and were not resolved by our team within a reasonable timeframe.
- "Cooling-Off Period" Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your participation within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that you have not yet accessed a significant portion of the materials (see "Exceptions" section).
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund procedure, please follow these steps:
- Draft an email and send it to our official email: [email protected].
- The subject line must include: "Refund Request — Vibe-Line".
- In the body of the email, provide full information: your first and last name, the email used during purchase, and the exact name of the selected course or service.
- Clearly and in detail describe the reason you are requesting a refund, referring to one of the points in the "Refund Eligibility Conditions".
- After receiving the email, our expert support service will review your request and contact you with further instructions within 3 business days.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the original payment (to the same bank card or account). Please note that the actual time for the money to appear in your account may depend on the processing times of your bank or payment system active in your country (including EU countries).
Exceptions and Limitations
A refund cannot be issued if:
- The request is submitted after 14 calendar days have passed since the payment.
- You have already studied or downloaded more than 50% of the program materials, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
- The inability to complete the training is due to technical issues on the user side (e.g., unstable internet connection or lack of necessary software).
- Other terms of the User Agreement have been violated on your part.

Vibe-Line reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our expert services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
